SO far I think the gps is pretty easy to use but when I had questions about the micro SD card and upgrading the storage space in it, the tech on customer service was rude as could be, told me the processor could not hold but 20 maps at a time, which confuses me considering the thing has a huge base map embedded in. And on top of all that said they do not have micro sd cards for sale, go to best buy he says. Problem is even though I may sound crazy but Micro SD cards are not all the same size like he claims they are. I have about 5 all of different shapes and sizes. On top of the the ONIX 350 has a 512 MB micro SD card…so why does that one have that size when the ONIX 400 has just a 128mb? weird.
